When it comes to your pets there are two sides of this moving story. Are you moving across town or across country (as they will need different accommodations)? If moving across town, the story is far simpler. On move day you don't want your pets under foot or undo stress. If friends or family are unable to house them, isolate the animal in a room that is already packed and empty. We have also provided some helpful links below (just click the type of animal).

Legally, your mover cannot transport animals. We don't think your pet would be very happy with that anyway, so we found some useful links for cross country travel (simply click the vehicles below).
